How do I know which massage to choose?
Review our Services page and read the short descriptions of the types of therapy offered. Select the massage that best suits your needs. When you arrive for your appointment, you and your therapist will decide on the treatment most appropriate for your symptoms and goals.
Can I select the therapist I'd like?
Yes. When you click on the link to make an appointment, you will be asked to choose your therapist. If you have no preference, you may choose to simply schedule whichever therapist is available during your choice of day and time.
Can I schedule more than one appointment?
Yes. The online scheduling program allows you to schedule up to six appointments over up to 6 months' time.
Can I pay for my appointment online?
Because of the variation of therapy cost, and because each massage is customized to each client, we would prefer you to pay for your therapy upon its completion. We accept cash, check, Mastercard, and Visa.
Can I purchase gift certificates online?
Yes. Go to the Buy a Gift Certificate tab and follow the PayPal instructions for purchase. You will need a credit or debit card, or you may use your established PayPal account. Click on our email link to let us know how you would like to receive your certificate. Only gift certificates for Therapeutic Massage are available online; gift certificates for other sessions are available at either of our two locations.
Can I check my appointments online?
Yes. On the Schedule an Appointment tab, select the Already a Client option. When the online scheduling window appears, log in with your user name and password to be taken to My Appointments. You may also update your Profile by selecting the My Profile option. You may change your user name or password from this window as well.
How do I cancel an appointment?
You may access the Online Scheduling link here at the website and follow the instructions for cancelling. You will be asked to enter your user name and password. Or you may simply call 556.6224. Please review our Cancellation and No Show Policies.
